Wellington H Smith, & Margaret A Smith were children of Hiram Smith & Phebe Ann Smith. While Wellington married Phebe Jane Philo, the daughter Nehemiah Philo & Jane Ann Bancus, Margaret never married.

Wellington
Smith, aged seventy-two years, died this morning at 6 o'clock at the home of
his brother, Silas M Smith, East Line, after a short illness. Mr Smith was born
in Halfmoon in 1852 where he spent the greater part of his life. He came to
visit his brother recently for a few weeks when he took sick. Besides his brother, Silas M Smith, his
survivors are two nephews and three nieces. The funeral will take place Tuesday
afternoon at 1 o'clock standard time at the home of his brother at East Line
and burial will be in the Union Cemetery at Crescent.

After
a long illness of Bright's Disease, Miss Maggie A Smith died at the home of her
brother, Wellington Smith in Halfmoon, early yesterday morning. She is survived
by one sister and two brothers, Mrs Merritt Philo of Halfmoon, Wellington Smith
of Halfmoon and Silas Smith of East Line. Miss Smith had been a member of the
Baptist Church of Halfmoon for many years.
The funeral will be held on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the
residence, and the Rev E Abbott of Clifton Park will officiate.
