Victor & Gladys Worden

Victor Hugh Worden married Gladys Mary Hunter - he was the son of Lodwick Morgan Worden & Nellie Bly Baker.  

They were married in 1929 and they had 4 children - Doris, Victor, James & Helen.  

Victor died in 1956 and is buried in the Pinecrest Cemetery at Cocao Beach, Florida; she's buried in the Christmas Cemetery

GLADYS M. YATES, 72, 26513 Yates Road, Christmas, died Tuesday. Born in Sarasota, she moved to Christmas from there in 1961. She was a homemaker and a member of Fort Christmas First Baptist Church. Survivors: sons, Victor Josh Worden, James Morgan Worden, both of Clewiston; daughter, Mrs. Doris Furman, Christmas; brothers, John C. Hunter, Orlando, Walter Hunter, Holopaw; 16 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren. Visiting hours: 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home, Rockledge. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday, First Baptist Church, Christmas.
