mom & dad of this clan are 2 Minnesotans turned Californians. They
are Frederick August Grisback and Ruby Mae Worden, both born in Minnesota, had their kids in South Dakota, then uprooted and relocated to
California.
Ruby was the daughter of Lodwick Morgan Worden & Nellie Bly Baker; he was the son of Karl Charles Grisbach & Albertine Grewing.
Together they had 13 children - Roy, Edith, Nellie, Anna,
Iona, Violet, Florence, Raymond, Herbert, Laura, Claire, Lavonne & Lucille.

Oscar G Larson, 67, formerly of Menomonie, died suddenly, Nov 9, at Long Beach, Calif. Dildag Family Chapel was in charge of services held Nov 13 at 2:30 pm with the Rev Edward H Schroeder, officiating. Interment was in Sunnyside Memorial Gardens. He was born Jan 22, 1905, in Menomonie, and spent much of his life there. The last 20 years he lived in Long Beach, Calif, and was employed by the Long Beach Naval shipyards for 18 years, after which he retired due to illness. He married Violet Grisback in 1938, and to them two daughters were born who also survive, they are, Mrs Albert (Ruby) Corbin and Mrs Frank (Caroline) Powers, both of Long Beach, Calif. Six grandchildren also survive. Other survivors include two sisters, Mrs Luella Cale and Mrs Mabel Hoehn, Menomonie; three brothers, William M. Larson and Clarence Larson both of Menomonie; and Louis P Larson, Mooresville, N.C.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs Lois Brisback, Pismo Beach; two daughters, Sandra and Linda; a son, David; two brothers, Claire of Long Beach and Raymond; eight sisters, Mrs Lavonne Mckown, Mrs Lucille Peck and Mrs Violet Larson, all of Long Beach, Mrs Anna Early of Lomtia, Mrs Nellie Seeger, Mrs Iona Perry, Mrs Florence Denny and Mrs Laura Buckholz. Funeral service will be at 11 am Friday at Mottell's & Peek Chapel, and interment will be in Sunnyside Memorial Park.

San Luis Obispo (AP) - Three men were killed and a fourth injured in a pre-dawn head-on collision of cars today three miles south of San Luis Obispo on US 101. The Highway Patrol said the dead were: Bill Bowden, 17, and David Wayne Grisback, 17, San Luis Obispo, and Roy Eugene Blake, 23, of Grover City. Bowden was listed as driver of the northbound car with Blake and Lazaro Estrada, 17, of San Luis Obispo, as passengers.
