A Mason & His Wife

I have mentioned Frank & Caroline before, today I write about them.

Frank George Manning was the son of Warren Manning & Helen Gertrude Garlick.  In 1909 at Windsor, Ont, Canada, he married Caroline Alvina 'Carrie' Jambeau, the daughter of John Baptist Jambeau & Aurelia Rushlow.

Note the masonic marking on Frank's tombstone - the Freemasonry symbol of 2 compasses encased in a square.

In loose terms, it serves to remind masons to square their actions within the bounds of all mankind.

The G signifying geometry - a noble science and the basis upon which Freemasonry and everything in universe is erected; the great architect of the universe - a non-denominational reference to God.
