son of DeWitt Smith & Lillian M Madsen – via the Smiths back to the Rogers,
Michael is a descendant of Hezekiah Rogers Jr & Hannah Vincent.

SMITH, Michael D - of
225 Biddle, Passed away Thursday, May 18, 1978 at the Bixby Hospital, Adrian,
aged 31 years. Surviving are his wife Linda; Parents Mr and Mrs Dewitt Smith of
Jackson; two brothers Mark D. and James D both of Jackson; several aunts,
uncles, and cousins. He was a member of the Side Kicks Motorcycle Club and the
Brown Belt Karate Shoren Ruy. Mr. Smith is at the Chas. J. Burden and Son
Funeral Home, 1806 E. Michigan Ave., where services will be held Monday 3:00
p.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery. The
Reverend Victor Jordan officiating.
