Cecil was the half-brother of Logan – see his mother was married to
his father’s brother – say what now?

Lucy, Cecil’s mother, was first married to Burton Wiley Smith (left), the
father of Logan from the previous post.
Unfortunately, Burton died in 1906 – a little over a year from when they
married and was buried at the New Annan Bell Gift Cemetery

Then in 1910, Lucy married Burton's brother Austin Arthur Smith (right - Austin & Lucy).
Ok, now that we have that worked out, back to Cecil.
Cecil married Clara Millet and they are buried at the Rockley Cemetery

He was my maternal grandmother. I remember him well. He died when I was in high school. I was at the wedding anniversary where this photo of him and Nana were taken. As a child he used to let me hammer nails in the woodblock by the wood shed.
