Robert & Forrest were the sons of Reuben R Freeman & Henrietta T Haight. Robert never married & Forrest married Marguerite Craig Batterson, the daughter of William T Batterson & Nettie Craig - they had 3 children - Marcia, Craig & Forrest Jr.

Toledo, O, brother of Dr Forrest W Freeman, Madison Heights, died Sunday
afternoon in Toledo. He was a druggist in that city. The body is to arrive here
this evening and will be taken to the Albright Funeral Home, where friends will
be received. Graveside services will be conducted at 3 pm, Tuesday in Memorial
Park. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs Hewitt Gehres, Mt Vernon, O; Misses Adah
and Dina Freeman, Chillicothe, O, and two brothers, Carlyle Freeman, Cleveland,
and Dr Freeman, here.

Rites Wednesday
Funeral rites for Dr Forrest W Freeman, 77, of 821 Madison Ave, Anderson optometrist for 45 years, will be conducted Wednesday morning at 10:30 o'clock at the Brown and Butz Funeral Home. Dr George Taggart of the First Presbyterian Church will be the minister in charge of the services. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Dr Freeman died Sunday evening at St John's Hospital after an illness of four months. Born in Chillicothe, Ohio, Sept 27, 1889, he was a son of Reuben and Henrietta Haight Freeman. He was graduated from the Ohio State University in the School of Applied Optics and had practiced at the Robinson Optical Company in Indianapolis for several years the state secretary of the Board of Optometry for several years. Surviving are the widow, Marguerite B; a daughter, Mrs John L Gunter of Columbia, SC; two sons, Dr Forrest W Freeman Jr of Mansfield, Ohio, and Dr Craig w Freeman of Minneapolis, Minn; a brother, Carlisle B Freeman of Shaker Heights, Cleveland, Ohio; three sisters, Miss Adah Freeman and Miss Binza Freeman of Carlisle Hill, Chillicothe, Ohio, and Mrs Hewitt Gehrest of Mt Vernon, Ohio; and eight grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Brown and Butz mortuary after 3 pm today.
