Two daughters of Jeremiah Peck & Sarah Houghtalin were Louisa and Harriet.
Louisa, the older of the two, married John Conger, brother to Margaret who married Louisa's older brother Ben. John Conger was a son of William Conger & Catherine Van Valkenburgh. Louisa & John had 5 children - Charlotte, Albine, Clarence, Louise & Frances.
Both Albine & Frances died in 1864 and it's possible Charlotte did as well as she disappears after the 1860 census.

John Conger, d Adrian,
Nov 13 of heart disease aged 62 yrs. Well known to most of our citizens; he was
engaged in business here many years ago and though a resident of Adrian, spent
most of his time in Hudson during past few months superintending the
construction of the building erected by him on Church Street.
Louisa remarried Frederick E Irish - I found this marriage on the 1900 census. She was widowed and living with her daughter Louisa. From there, it led to the 1870 census where she is with Frederick & his daughter from his previous marriage to Louisa's sister Harriet. I can't tell if it was a mistake by census taker assuming they were husband & wife as they are both marked as married but she has the Irish surname. Based on John's obit & his obit below, I think it's a mistake but they did marry each other before the 1880 census.
Frederick was first married to Harriet N Peck who died 1865 and they had 2 children - Elwood & Hattie.
I can't imagine what kind of health issues would have been the result of a bike ride to cause this....
Hudson Post Gazette, 13 Apr 1894
Evening News- Frederick Irish: Well known watchmaker, bandman, aged 73, who has been resident of Adrian since 1836 was found dead, hanging by his neck at end of rope in rear of his house in that city Monday morning. He had suffered from complication of disease for past 3 years. Mrs Irish finding his body warm, spent every energy to restore life but to no avail. He had overtaxed himself in 1892 by taking part in a bicycle run to Tecumseh. The fact of so old a man trying the ride won him state fame at the time, but the feat broke his health.
