One of the saddest
things I have stumbled across….
William Noel Prosser
was one of three children born to William Franklin Allison & Mabel IreneHegeman ~~ the daughter of Peter Johnson Hegeman Jr & Antha Rafella Dolson (previous blog)
William Sr was a Professor
who died in 1927 while Mabel outlived him and died in 1970. The other two children were spinster sisters Katherine and Muriel.

All three children attended the University of Washington - the 2 girls followed their father into teaching while William Jr studied Engineering.

Upon graduation, he
landed a job with the US Government within the Reclamation Division.
On Jul 16, 1938,
William married one Margaret Elizabeth Prosser – and 13 days later - while at the
Coulee Dam in Texas, William died - on the 29th of Jul 1938!
