Color me happy ~~ I found another one!
This one didn’t come easy and is still a bit fragmented….

and Catherine ‘Kitty’ Creighton had 7 children…..Sarah E, Mary Jane, George William,
Jennette Agnes, Margaret O, Florence M and last but not least, Carrie.
Success came when I
was reviewing her sister Jennette’s research.
Right there, staring me in the face was Carrie and her daughter!

But, it wasn’t until I
found her full name was Carolynn Louise rather than Caroline that the tumblers
started to click!

Carolynn Louise married Herbert Samuel Knifton she died in Chicago and was returned home to Nova Scotia for burial at Camp Hill Cemetery in Halifax. That left her daughter, Ethel, what became of her?
She was the informant on the death entry and it revealed her married name - Hodgson - Woot!!!
.........not so fast.....there was nothing for them in Illinois and some records showed that her father was born in New York ~~ BUT ~~ that was York Co, Ontario and there you have it!
Ethel married Fforde Hodgson and along with her father, they are all buried in Ontario
